Aside from a couple angry Texans who despise the fact that we just compared Ohio BBQ to their BBQ, it’s indeed true that Ohio does have some incredible barbecue that takes inspiration from all of the United States’ most famous barbecue styles, resulting in a unique and delicious style of barbecue unique to the Buckeye State!
