On October 5, join us for an ASL-interpreted tour of the Wex’s iconic architecture, designed by renowned architect Peter Eisenman with Richard Trott. Eisenman will visit on October 30 for a talk about the center’s design and the impact that the building, which opened in 1989, had on his career. CART and ASL interpretation will be provided.
Then on November 20, enjoy an ASL-interpreted tour of our fall exhibitions in the galleries featuring the boundary-pushing abstract, multimedia works of Eric N. Mack, Nanette Carter, and Veronica Ryan. This season’s artists offer powerful reflections on form, identity, and transformation through dynamic collage, layered abstraction, and sculptural installations that explore memory and material.
After the November 20 gallery tour, stay and create at our Campus Community Studio, located in Heirloom Café. Our ASL interpreters will be available until the studio ends at 7 PM.
