Veteran vibraphonist Dylan Bram is thrilled to welcome Washington D.C.-based composer and multi-instrumentalist Gabriel Koempel for a special one-night-only performance. Featuring an eclectic repertoire of classic swing tunes from the likes of Henry Mancini and Cole Porter, essential bossa nova selections from Cal Tjader and Antonio Carlos Jobim, hard bop standards reminiscent of Art Blakey, R&B stylings à la Sly Stone and Stevie Wonder, original compositions, and more, these longtime creative collaborators possess a musical synergy that is sure to inspire and delight.
