At the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, we’re dedicated to making the holidays wonderful for everyone!
Guests with sensory needs are invited to meet the one and only Santa Claus in a calm, comfortable environment designed just for them.
This special experience takes place inside the Suzie Edwards Conservation Education building, located just outside the Zoo’s main entrance. The space features reduced sounds, softer lighting, and limited crowds to create a peaceful setting for every visitor.
To ensure each family enjoys quality time with Santa, attendance is limited, with timed entry every 15 minutes. This thoughtful approach helps keep the magic of the season front and center—without the hustle and bustle.
Please note: This event is open to all guests and does not include Zoo admission.
For a simple $5 per group reservation fee, your family can enjoy this heartwarming holiday experience. Advanced reservations are required.
