Adaptive Swim Lessons – Level 1
This swim program is designed for children who benefit from a smaller group setting and additional support while learning foundational swimming skills. Lessons follow American Red Cross Level 1 guidelines and offer a supportive environment with a 1:3 staff-to-swimmer ratio. If your child has not participated in swim lessons before, they will begin at Level 1 and be assessed at the first session to ensure appropriate placement. Parents and caregivers are welcome to assist with entering and exiting the pool and are invited to observe from the stands.
Note: Caregivers of children under 18 or anyone who needs 1:1 assistance for personal care or behavioral support are asked to remain on-site during the program.
