The Werks return to Columbus, OH for two nights at The Summit Music Hall!

Blending the grooves of funk, the energy of rock, and the textures of electronic music, The Werks have spent nearly two decades building a reputation as one of the jam scene’s most dynamic bands. Formed in 2006 in Dayton, Ohio, the group has steadily grown their sound and their following through dedicated touring, festival appearances, and a deep commitment to musical exploration. As they approach their 20th anniversary, The Werks are preparing to celebrate their legacy while continuing to push their music forward.

The Werks are made up of four versatile musicians, with Chris Houser on guitar and vocals, Rob Chafin on drums and vocals, Chuckie Love on bass and vocals, and newest member Jesse Clayton on keyboards. Together, they’ve released five acclaimed studio albums and performed at some of the nation’s most iconic festivals, including Electric Forest, Secret Dreams, Summer Camp, and Hangout. In 2010, they expanded their creative vision by founding their own multi-day event, The Werk Out Festival, eventually moving to Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio, bringing together fans and artists from across the US and beyond.

Looking ahead, The Werks are gearing up to celebrate their 20th anniversary with the release of their sixth studio album, Sonder, in 2026. Fans can expect intricate, genre-blurring melodies, dynamic grooves, and the same high-energy spirit that made their 2017 album Magic a fan favorite. Moving forward, they’re set to push their sound and their live shows into exciting new territory, opening the door to possibilities fans have yet to imagine.
