Ohio 43203 The Juneteenth BASH (Black Authors Spotlight on Heritage) returns for its third year, bringing together authors, readers, families, and dreamers for an unforgettable afternoon rooted in literacy, culture, and connection. Held at the historic Martin Luther King Jr. Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library, this one-of-a-kind literary festival celebrates Black voices, honors heritage, and creates space for stories that deserve to be seen, heard, and passed on. What to Expect: Meet and support over 50 talented authors across genres Live podcast interviews on the red carpet—yes, we’re doing it big Spoken word, music, and storytelling that lingers long after you leave Interactive children’s book creation experience (because legacy starts early) Food trucks, photo moments, and a whole lot of joy.
