Looking for a unique coffee experience? Blank Slate Coffee, owned and operated by local Gahanna residents, operates out of a 1973 Airstream Sovereign. Our beloved 50 year old, lever operated Gaggia espresso machine is certain to catch your eye and offers a truly unique and authentic espresso experience! Established in 2015. Blank Slate Coffee started with a small booth set up, hitting mainly local Gahanna events. The owners wanted to create a unique “mobile” coffee experience that allowed customers to come inside and interact with our awesome baristas. The Airstream just made so much sense, so in June of 2016, we started running full hours out of our spot on Mill Street in Gahanna.
