Homestead Country Market is a local, family-owned country store, featuring an Amish-style deli and bakery. Here you’ll find a variety of fresh produce, quality meats and cheeses, organic and gluten-free grocery items, and plenty of tasty snacks. We’re always whipping up something fresh and homemade in our kitchen, from delicious doughnuts to hearty BBQ chicken. Whether you’re picking up your weekly groceries or looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, we have everything you need. Established in 2013. We started out in a small 20 x 20 building with some outdoor space for produce. After around a year, we moved a half mile into a larger building and added more products. After being asked by many customers if we have donuts, we decided to add the capabilities and started frying donuts in December of 2016. This was quite a success and we started to feel a little cramped in our existing building. After having a partner buy into the business in the Spring of 2017, we had the opportunity to lease a much larger building at the Wellston exit on Rt 32. We opened at that location on February 9th.
