We also have a Lending Library- come drop off old books and find new ones Established in 1970. Mansfield Family Restaurant was started by Louis Katsaounis and his brother-in-law James Papas on August 1st, 1970. The first location was “on the square” in downtown Mansfield located next to Mechanics Bank ( back then it was between Smart’s Music Store and the Office Cafe). Originally Mansfield Family Restaurant was a diner open 24 hours a day Mon- Sat.
