Momo Ghar is family owned and operated. The popular Himalayan dumpling restaurant began in Saraga International Market on Morse Road and has become increasingly popular having been chosen by Yelp as the number one restaurant in Columbus and making number 38 list for top 100 places to eat in the United States. Momo Ghar is well known for their MOMOs which are Himalayan dumplings filled with meat and/or vegetables. All items on their menu are fresh and handmade from scratch including their spicy sauces. In addition to MOMOs, Momo Ghar serves a selection of fresh side dishes such as Baara, a Nepali cake made of lentil, Chhoila set, a traditional dish from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, featuring spicy grilled chicken, black-eyed peas and crispy rice, and Milk Tea which is a British blend tea with milk and sugar that is very popular in Nepal.
