Columbus, OH. The business was created in the fall of 2022 and began participating in farmers’ markets in 2023. Our goal is to create allergy-safe food options so everyone is able to find a delicious treat!
Emma created this company as a way to add allergy-safe food options to pop-up events and festivals! She was diagnosed with celiac disease 16 years ago and began discovering the confusing yet rewarding world of gluten-free baking! Then additional allergies were discovered in the family, so vegan recipes became a must. Through many trials and far too many errors, we developed gluten-free and vegan recipes that were not only delicious but safe!
