The word “oishii” is a Japanese exclamation meaning “delicious!” and is often heard after a particularly good first bite.

Come by and say OISHII! Established in 2021. Chef Dennis and GM Brianna have both worked in countless sushi restaurants in the past. The couple both started working at the same restaurant in 2018, have grown together and taken flight.
Chef Dennis is excited to pursue his own menu for the first time, bringing New York City sushi standards to Ohio. While Brianna is not a city girl, she believes in kind and professional service, and has a natural inclination to take care of the people she happens to cross paths with.
