The Johnstown location began as a gas station in the early 70’s. It then became a nursery, and then Twisters, which, by the way was owned by Lisa Whitman’s father. When Lisa’s father was ready to retire, Chuck and Lisa reopened it as Whit’s Frozen Custard. Johnstown’s unique location offers inside/outside seating as well as a drive-thru. Whit’s has continued to grow as a part of our community. Whether you are there for a treat after dinner, or you are a youth league baseball team that is stopping in for some well deserved custard, you will be greeted with a smile and treated like a part of our family.
