Kids Clay Camps

We are having a number of summer camps this year at both our Dublin and S. High locations. Each will run from Monday-Friday from 10-1. We will have hand-building camps at each location for 10-12 year olds and for 13-16 year olds. At S High, we will also have throwing camps for both age groups. In Dublin, we will have one wheel camp for 13-16 year olds. At S High, we’re also happy to announce our first Raku camps for each age group. Kids already proficient in hand building or throwing – or who have been to one of the other camps – will produce works and learn to fire them in our Raku kiln. Raku works will be able to be taken home directly from the camps. All campers will be exposed to multiple clay techniques including, pinch pots, slab building, coil building and sgraffito work. Students will have the opportunity to complete (4) clay projects during the week. Campers’ completed projects will be ready for pick-up in 2 to 3 weeks. Parents will be notified via email about pickup time.
