Cleveland native, Alvin Frazier is a self-taught musician who plays 5 instruments: piano, guitar, bass, drums and percussion. He’s also a singer, songwriter, producer, composer, & actor who has built a reputation for being a dynamic performer and entertainer who knows how to connect and win the hearts of his audiences. His sultry and pure tenor voice has been compared to artists such as Eric Benét, Maxwell, Babyface, JOE, Kenny Lattimore and Michael Jackson. His guitar skills have been compared to George Benson, Norman Brown and Earl Klugh just to name a few.
As a recording artist, Alvin has shared the stage with legends such as Parliament – Funkadelic, Avery Sunshine, Kenny Lattimore, Taral Hicks, SWITCH, Ohio Players, Eric Roberson, and Chante’ Moore to name a few. In 2021, Alvin was recruited to join legendary Grammy Award winning group the Dazz Band.
He’s toured nationally and internationally and recently performed in the UK as supporting act for British soul songstress Hil St. Soul. He has successfully written, produced and released 3 albums as a vocalist including his latest project “RIVER”.
