Soul Sunday, hosted by Debra James Tucker continues with E-Flat, featuring vocalist Caroline “INSPIRES” Bennett! David Dennis is a gifted saxophonist, founder and bandleader of the two time Kingdom Award Winning E-Flat Jazz Band. Known for their versatility and soulful sound, E-Flat has made a strong impact across a wide range of stages and events.

The band has had the honor of backing renowned artists such as Anthony Grant of Tyler Perry’s Love Thy Neighbor, Marc Nelson-co-founder of Boyz II Men and member of the R&B group Az Yet-and gospel recording artist Jermaine Dolly. E-Flat also provided live music for Braxton Miller’s Foundation Launch Party and the Braxton Miller Foundation Golf Classic 2025, as well as for Mayor Andrew Ginther’s 2020 State of the Union Reception.

Caroline Bennett is known for her unapologetic presence and authentic voice, and her inspirational impact has reached over 36,000+ youth across 19 states, leaving a lasting mark on communities worldwide. Formerly Miss Black Ohio, Miss Black Oklahoma U.S. Ambassador, and a Future History Maker, Caroline continues to inspire through her #BEYOURMARK® movement and her unwavering commitment to authentic leadership. Her collaborations with brands like California Friday Night Lights, Student Success Agency, and media giants such as NBC4 showcase her broad reach. She has shared platforms with renowned artists like Eric Roberson, Zacardi Cortez, Sa-Roc, The HamilTones, activist Bree Newsome, and Yvonne Pointer, highlighting her unique gift.  Follow Caroline on social media for more information and booking.

The unique sound of vocalist Debra James Tucker is a product of extensive training in jazz, classical and gospel music. Her new album is “Voices”, which continues her exploration of early black church forms in contemporary contexts. She is the writer/performer of the one woman show Survival of the Boulevard Singer—winner of an Ohio Arts Council Award for Individual Excellence, has been a visiting instructor at Denison University in the history of African American Gospel Music, and an artist in residence with several youth arts organizations.
