Participants will learn how to prepare tender, flaky rugelach dough and explore two unique sweet fillings: a Dubai chocolate variation with chocolate and pistachio, and a traditional blend featuring warm apple and toasted pecan.
Students will mix, roll, fill, and shape their own pastries, gaining practical baking skills and creative inspiration in the kitchen. By the end of class, each participant will leave with their freshly baked rugelach to enjoy.
