Join us for a grounding yet energizing all-levels Vinyasa flow at The Bell St. Gallery at The Junto Hotel. This class weaves breath-led movement, intentional transitions, and space to arrive fully—just as you are.
This special community class is offered in direct support of families in our local community who have been impacted by ICE. Over 350 families are currently in immediate need, and all proceeds from this class will go directly to families to help cover essential expenses during this time.
