Mission Coffee
2060 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207
Real talk, how could we let you start a perfect Fall date without including a place for you to acquire cozy fall drinks? Sorry, we just couldn’t do that do you. Head to Mission Coffee Co. for hot tea, coffee, or even hot chocolate. We highly suggest their Caramel Apple Draft Latte if you’re not wanting to fully commit to a hot drink yet – but you cannot go wrong with anything there.
The Book Loft
631 S 3rd St, Columbus, OH 43206
Take your drinks over to The Book Loft and peruse around 32 rooms that are bursting at the seams with books. The Book Loft dates all the way back to Pre-Civil War days and carries many stories within its walls. Find a new novel to start, pick out a coffee table book, or just enjoy the journey. The Book Loft is sizable, so if you get lost – at least it’s with someone special 😉
Skillet
410 E Whittier St, Columbus, OH 43206
All that book-hunting has probably got you and your date feeling a little extra hungry for some farm-to-table food. The good news is, Skillet will deliver. Breakfast (or lunch) is served! We would be doing you a major disservice if we didn’t at least tell you that the split and griddled cinnamon rolls are heavenly – just like your date.
Fall Festival
Now that your appetites have been satisfied, it’s time to hone in on all things fall with a Fall Festival! Sometimes, the simplest of activities are the ones that make the best memories. Stroll hand-in-hand, eat all the Fall foods, stock up on some local essentials, and enjoy each other’s company.
