Springtime in Columbus is one of the most beautiful times of the year, with plenty of awesome outdoor events to celebrate the changing of the seasons and shorts weather returning. Whether you’re a sports fanatic, a Metro Park enjoyer, or anything in between, completing this bucket list will make for a great spring (we pinky promise)!
- Check out Columbus’ vast network of Metro Parks, especially the Quarry Trails waterfall after a spring rain
- Catch a secret comedy show with Don’t Tell Comedy
- Drink up at the Columbus Brew Festival at COSI on March 9
- Go to a (MLS Cup Defending Champions) Columbus Crew game
- Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in “The Other Dublin,” Dublin, Ohio
- Go outdoor rock climbing at Scioto Audubon Metro Park starting April 1
- Eat a bunch of 10 cent hotdogs at a Columbus Clippers Dime-a-Dog night (every Tuesday night home game)
- Go to the Cherry Blossom Festival at the Franklin Park Grounds & Adventure Center April 6-13
- Catch the mesmerizing Solar Eclipse on April 8th
- Get hyped for Buckeye football at the Ohio State Spring Game on April 13
- Go to the Columbus Park of Roses while they are in full bloom (usually late May or early June)
- Catch the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin June 6–9
