Hocking Valley Scenic Railway

In October only, Hocking Valley Scenic Railway has Fall Foliage Train Rides available on Thursdays and Fridays. You will depart for a roundtrip ride from the Nelsonville Depot to East Logan for a total of about 2 hours worth of exceptional views. Observe the beautiful shift of bright summer colors to the warm tones of fall from the comfort of a heated coach!
Lorain and West Virginia Railway

Lorain and West Virginia Railway will be offering fall foliage tours over three weekends in October (7th-8th, 14th-15th, 21st-22nd). Set some time aside on a Saturday or Sunday for stunning views of Wellington as you travel north for about a one and a half hour ride. Purchase your tickets at the station, bundle up, and have a cozy ride!
Alternatively, there are also other fall train ride options like their trip to a pumpkin patch and wine on the rails!
