Creative Cafe Series: “Toon Me In” – Join us and Create a cartoon version of yourself! Either pack a lunch or purchase a lunch from our wonderful Taste and See Cafe and be a part of our Creative Cafe/Friendship Friday series where we socialize as we follow along creating a cartoon version of yourself using pencil, paper, colored pencils, and ink. You may bring a photo of yourself or use a selfie on your phone as a reference. We will break features down into shape and review how to make features “expressive”. We’ll create eyes, mouths, other features, and quick sketch body positions. This is meant to be fun so don’t feel intimidated. All skill levels are welcome.
We will meet in the dining area and supplies are provided, just bring yourself and a picture of you to reference. We will also create a mini bio of your cartoon self to share with others! You may stay the whole time or leave when you need to!
