Rain gardens are full of native plants that don’t require a ton of water in the heat of summer, so they make the perfect water-friendly addition to your landscaping. While they’re best planted in the fall, summer is the perfect time to start working on your plan so you’re ready to go next spring and can spend next summer’s evenings enjoying your beautiful rain garden.
