🍷 Sip & Cook: Indian Street Food Night | Make Your Own Samosa Chaat

Join us for a fun, hands-on evening of cooking, flavor, and good company!

We’re partnering with Dr. Bidisha Nag of Create Your Curry to bring you an interactive experience centered around Indian street food. In this guided workshop, you’ll build your own Samosa Chaat—a flavorful dish layered with chickpeas, crispy samosas, yogurt, and vibrant chutneys.

Bidisha will prepare the chickpea curry and provide the samosas, and you’ll take part in creating a trio of chutneys (green, red, and white) and assembling your dish with a variety of fresh toppings.

👉 At the end of the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the dish you created.

Expect bold flavors, a little creativity, and a relaxed, social atmosphere—no cooking experience needed.

🍷 Optional Wine Pairing Add-ons

Want to enjoy a glass with your dish? We’ve got a few great options that pair especially well with the bright, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors of Samosa Chaat.

👉 We recommend:

Ice House Traminette – light, floral, and crisp
Chenin Blanc – slightly sweet and very approachable
Delaware Rosé – easy, fruity, and refreshing

Each offers a different way to complement the chutneys and spices.

💡 Or try a flight of 3 wines to explore a few pairings and find your favorite.

Looking for something different?

Chardonnay – clean and crisp, a great match with the creamy yogurt chutney
Vin de Cacao (Chancellor) – a slightly sweet red that can be a fun pairing with the richer, tangy flavors
