Our Silver Fox classes are designed to get seniors off the couch and onto the stage where they can “Act Out.” Our objectives include helping reduce the risk of cognitive decline and feelings of loneliness, while helping improve mobility, flexibility, and balance, all in a failure free environment. The class will end in a final performance on Saturday, April 25 at 1:00pm.
