Handbuilding Class Description: Whether you are just beginning or have previous experience, you will be encouraged to develop, improve, and explore the medium of clay. We will introduce you to basic handbuilding techniques of pinch, coil, and slab as well as basic decorating and glazing. Your lab fee, which is included in the class price, covers glaze, underglaze, and firings. Bring your own tools, if you have them. You must use clay purchased here. Clay and basic tool kits are available at the front desk.
