This is the Silver Sneakers Classic Aerobic Workout Series. There will be seated and standing exercises to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. We will be using a chair for seated & standing support, ball, tubing, and weights. All Equipment is provided you will just want to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing with tennis shoes. On an Intensity Scale 1-5 this class is a 1 and is FREE. *This Program will begin Monday, April 13th. *
