Brunch buffets used to rule Columbus. Union Cafe’s brunch buffet still lives rent-free in my head, but lately? It feels like the glorious concept of piling a plate high with eggs, bacon, and questionable second helpings of French toast has been forgotten.
At least, that’s what I thought… until I went digging. Turns out, brunch buffets in Columbus never really disappeared, they just operate a little under the radar. And trust me, some of these are worth skipping dinner the night before.
Here’s your guide to the best brunch buffets in Columbus and Central Ohio.
Cut132 | Saturdays & Sundays, 11 AM – 3 PM
📍 4188 Brighton Rose Way, Columbus, OH 43219
💸 $65 adults, $25 kids under 10
This isn’t just a brunch buffet. This is a full production. Cut132’s brunch is basically a luxury tour through every food group you’ve ever loved. Prime rib and brown sugar glazed ham at the carving station? Check. A full omelet bar with everything from smoked salmon to shiitake mushrooms? Absolutely.
But the real flex is the Grand Seafood Bar (snow crab clusters, lobster tails, oysters, shrimp cocktail, mussels, and more). Add in charcuterie, Belgian waffles with spiked bourbon syrup, and desserts like crème brûlée and cheesecake, and suddenly $65 feels like a bargain.

The Barn at Rocky Fork Creek | Sundays, 10 AM – 2:30 PM
📍 1370 E Johnstown Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230
💸 $42.99 adults, $20.99 ages 6–12, 5 & under free
The Barn is probably the most famous brunch buffet in Central Ohio, and for good reason. Alongside brunch staples, you’ll get made-to-order specialties from the kitchen like legendary omelets and pancakes. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks are included, and the vibe feels like the perfect mix of rustic charm and white-tablecloth dining.

J. Liu | Sundays, 11 AM – 2 PM
📍 6880 N High St, Worthington, OH 43085
If you like your brunch with a side of eclectic fine dining, J. Liu is the move. Their buffet blends Italian, Asian, and classic brunch favorites into one glorious mashup. Expect eggs Benedict, French toast, roasted potatoes, bacon and sausage… right next to crab rangoons, veggie lo mein, spicy General Tso’s chicken, and cheese ravioli.

Laguna Bay Bistro | Sundays, 11 AM – 3 PM
📍 6863 Flags Center Dr, Columbus, OH 43229
💸 $17.99 adults, kids 5 & under free
Laguna Bay Bistro serves up an all-you-can-eat Filipino brunch buffet that’s one of the city’s best-kept secrets. You’ll find classics like pancit (Filipino noodles), chicken adobo, and other rotating favorites that make this the perfect brunch for anyone ready to step outside the standard eggs-and-bacon box.

Butcher Block | Sundays, 10 AM – 2 PM
📍 2280 OH-56, London, OH 43140
💸 $22.95 adults, $12.95 kids 9 & under, 3 & under free
Live west of Columbus? Butcher Block makes sure you don’t have to drive into the city for a legit brunch buffet. They serve up an omelet station, French toast, biscuits and gravy, a massive fruit board, and even a hot cocoa bar. Comfort food meets small-town hospitality, and we’re quite pleased.

Der Dutchman (Plain City) | Daily breakfast buffet
📍 445 Jefferson Ave, Plain City, OH 43064
💸 $13.99 adults, children 3–10 pay $1.19 per year of age (not sure how strict they actually are about this, kinda a wild move imo)
Der Dutchman is basically brunch heaven for anyone who loves Amish country cooking. Think fried mush, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, bacon, sausage, grits, and fresh baked goods. It’s cozy, hearty, and somehow still one of the cheapest buffets on this list. Plus, those donuts?! Goodness, me. Bonus: their Plain City spot is one of several locations across Ohio, so no matter where you are in Ohio, you’re probably no more than an hour from a Der Dutchman food coma.

Lake Hope Lodge | Sundays, 10 AM – 2 PM
📍 27331 State Route 278, McArthur, OH 45651
💸 $23.95 adults, $11.95 kids 5–12
This one’s a bit of a drive, but it’s also the biggest hidden gem on this list. Lake Hope Lodge is famous for its barbecue and scratch-made dishes, and their Sunday brunch is loaded with everything from brisket hash and smoked turkey to wood-fired pizza, cinnamon rolls, and berry cobbler with whipped cream.

Final Thoughts
Brunch buffets in Columbus may not be on every corner anymore, but the ones we do have are absolutely worth your time (and stretchy pants). Whether you’re craving high-end seafood towers, Amish comfort food, or Filipino specialties, Central Ohio’s brunch buffet scene is quietly thriving.
So next weekend? Forget the sad single-plate brunch and go all-in.
