And while there is so much awesomeness to discuss on their menu, first, we need to talk about the focaccia. Baked fresh every single morning, this bread is so light and airy it might as well have been kissed by the Italian sun. It’s the perfect base for their sandwich masterpiece, the Il Top: mortadella, pistachio pesto, creamy stracciatella, and pistachio granella.
It’s hard to explain, but somehow, every single bite offers a unique flavor. It’s so balanced and perfect that in one bite, you’ll notice the creaminess of the stracciatella, and in the next, you’ll recognize how delicious the pistachio pesto is.
I promise you’ll never look at sandwiches the same way again.
And the gelato? Straight out of the machine it’s made in, so it’s as fresh as it gets. It’s creamier and more flavorful than your favorite scoop of ice cream, and as an ice cream connoisseur with a seasoned palate for creamy deliciousness, I don’t say that lightly.
The Tiramisu, Pistachio, Hazelnut, and Ricotta flavors were absolutely extraordinary — like, “ruin-all-other-desserts-for-you” extraordinary.
