Columbus is somewhat of a haven for Mexican cuisine. It seems like everywhere you go, there’s a delicious and authentic Mexican restaurant right around the corner.
Heck, even according to Axios Columbus, Franklin County has the most Mexican restaurants per capita in the entire state, with almost 300 in the county!
There are so many places we have yet to try. And as a white guy, I am by no means an expert in Mexican cuisine…
But I wholeheartedly believe that you’d be hard-pressed to find anything more authentic, delicious, gigantic, and cheap as La Super Torta in West Columbus.
No matter your usual order at a Mexican joint, you’ll find your new favorite version at La Super Torta.
Quesadillas, burritos, tostadas, oh my!
Everything is prepared to order, and the kindness of the staff is just a cherry on top.
The star of the show for me personally was the Al Pastor Torta. The bread was so good and perfectly toasted, the al pastor was to die for, and the salsas were excellent at highlighting all the best flavors in the meal.
Run, don’t walk, to La Super Torta. You won’t soon forget your meal.
