This class is designed to help increase joint mobility, decrease stiffness, and improve flexibility in fingers and wrist. Participants will have opportunities to help manage pain, swelling, and inflammation, and work to improve muscle strength for functional grip and pinch. Join Lana in class as you will be able to exercise, self-massage, and experience a soothing hand soak.
