The Hocking Hills State Park is the area’s major attraction and the second most popular travel and tourism destination in Ohio for visitors of all ages. Our state park features the natural areas of Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Cantwell Cliffs, Lake Logan and Rock House, featuring waterfalls, craggy caves and dense forests unlike any other in Ohio. The parks see millions of visitors from across the United States each year.
With the park areas as the marquee attraction of Hocking Hills, small business entrepreneurs have created many complimentary experiences for travelers including shops, lodging, attractions, restaurants, activities, galleries and more. Hocking Hills Tourism Association currently has 237 member lodging businesses, including cabins, cottages, campgrounds, tipis, modern hotels, bed and breakfasts, and even tree houses, a train caboose and a castle. There are 41 shops and 45 dining locations including spirits & a bakery in HHTA ‘s membership and another 170 businesses split equally between activities & services.
