SC Bar and Kitchen’s founder, CEO and Executive Chef Sean Chatman is a visionary of the culinary arts. His expertise, attention to detail and masterful artistry is a powerful combination that will make your dining experience unique and special.
He began his career graduating from Columbus Culinary Institute in Columbus Ohio. Ran and operated with his mother The Kimchee Shack at The Columbus Asian Festival for 13 years. He and his mother Kim owned a Korana restaurant on Bethel Rd. from 1993-95. He learned from the chefs at the Columbus County Club, Holiday Inn Worthington and the Black Olive more techniques in presentation and flavor which landed him as executive chef of Twofish.
