*Homemade BBQ Sauces and rubs Established in 2018. SmokeOut BBQ is a BBQ restaurant and catering company located in Pickerington, Ohio. In April 2018, Derek left his full-time job in the automotive tire industry and decided to pursue his passion of smoked food. He purchased an existing food trailer business and from there the only way to go was up. In June of 2022, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location at 1850 Winderly Lane in Pickerington, right at State Route 256/I-70.

We pride ourselves on being a small business and offering the utmost service and quality food to our customers. Everything we make, including our rubs and BBQ sauces, is personally smoked and prepared by Derek daily.
