NO BEGINNERS, PLEASE | ATTENDANCE AT FIRST CLASS IS MANDATORY

Each session will be devoted to creating finished books featuring a different binding style for each session. Samples for each of the bindings will be shown. Students will work primarily with sewn binding and will also experiment with non-adhesive bindings, altered books, surface design, transfers, collage and many other techniques. Occasional guest speakers will present specialty skills. An email letter will be sent to each registered student before class starts detailing the class and information of basic tools and materials.
