Open to beginner, intermediate & advanced students. This class is an introduction of the process of applying powered glass to pure metal surfaces. Students can make vessels and jewelry items. Beginning students will learn the basics of enameling, with projects that will utilize those techniques. The Beginning student will receive 3-4 pieces of copper to complete their projects. Supplies for additional projects will incur an additional cost from $5 to $50 depending on the project. Intermediate and advanced students will have the opportunity to explore advanced techniques including painting enamels. Intermediate and advanced students must supply their own copper. Additional costs will be assessed for large projects or for production work using studio materials.
